FS KKR Capital Prices $400 Million Offering of 6.125% Notes Due 2031

08:41 AM EDT, 09/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FS KKR Capital ( FSK ) said Friday it priced a $400 million offering of 6.125% unsecured notes due 2031.

The business development company said the notes will mature on Jan. 15, 2031 and may be redeemed at par one month ahead of the maturity date or redeemed in full or in part at the company's option at any time at par plus a "make-whole" premium.

FS KKR said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include paying down debt.

The offering is slated to close on Thursday, subject to customary closing conditions.
