04:56 PM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) said Tuesday it has started a public offering of about 2.1 million ordinary shares being offered by FIG LLC and one of its employees.

The underwriter has the option to sell the shares periodically through one or multiple transactions on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the company said.

FTAI said it won't receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.
