FTAI Aviation Completes Acquisition of Lockheed Martin Montreal Facility

03:57 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) said late Monday it has completed its acquisition of Lockheed Martin ( LMT ) Commercial Engine Solutions from Lockheed Martin Canada.

The 526,000-square-foot aircraft engine maintenance and repair facility is located in Montreal.

The facility will be rebranded as FTAI Aviation Canada.
