10:36 AM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) disclosed Thursday the results of the tender offer by its Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors unit for the $650 million 6.5% notes due 2025.

The company said $324.6 million of the notes were tendered as of the expiration date on April 8 and the settlement date is Thursday.

FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) shares were 0.2% higher in recent trading.
