12:14 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) said Monday it has extended the early tender deadline for its tender offer to buy up to $300 million of its Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors' 9.750% senior notes due in 2027 to Tuesday.

The company said the tender offer is now set to expire July 5 instead of July 2.

The June 14 withdrawal deadline was not extended, the firm said, adding that the terms of the tender offer remain unchanged.

Shares of the company rose almost 3% in recent trading.
