04:37 PM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) said Friday that it will redeem all outstanding 4.9 million 8% fixed-to-floating rate series B cumulative perpetual redeemable preferred shares.

The redemption price is set at $25 per series B share in cash along with about $2.4 million of accumulated and unpaid distributions, according to the company.
