10:05 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) said Monday its Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors unit has launched a cash tender offer to purchase up to $100 million of its outstanding 9.750% senior notes due in 2027.

The notes have a principal amount outstanding of $400 million, the company said.

The offer is set to expire on July 2, unless extended or earlier terminated, FTAI Aviation ( FTAI ) said.

Shares of the company fell by nearly 3% in early Monday trading.
