07:09 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FTAI Infrastructure ( FIP ) said in a Monday filing that it has appointed Carl Russell Fletcher IV as its chief financial and accounting officer, effective immediately.

He succeeds the company's current chief financial and accounting officer, Scott Christopher.

Fletcher previously served as interim co-chief executive officer and CFO of Onyx Renewable Partners.
