FTC seeks more information on Novo Holdings-Catalent deal

May 3 (Reuters) - Catalent ( CTLT ) and parent of Wegovy

producer Novo Nordisk have received a request for

additional information from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission

related to their merger.

In February, Novo Holdings had agreed to buy Catalent ( CTLT ) for

$16.5 billion to boost Wegovy supply.
