07:45 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FTI Consulting ( FCN ) said Tuesday Chief Financial Officer Ajay Sabherwal will depart from the company, effective Sept. 12.

The company plans to name its Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer Paul Linton as interim CFO, while it carries out a search for a permanent replacement, FTI ( FCN ) said.

Sabherwal is leaving to pursue another opportunity outside of the consulting sector, FTI ( FCN ) said.
