10:45 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FuboTV ( FUBO ) said Tuesday its shareholders approved a previously disclosed deal with Walt Disney ( DIS ) to combine with the Hulu + Live TV business.

Under the terms of the deal, Disney ( DIS ) will own roughly 70% of Fubo at closing, the company said.

Shares of FuboTV ( FUBO ) and Disney ( DIS ) were down more than 2% and 1% respectively in recent trading Tuesday.
