12:01 PM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FuelCell Energy ( FCEL ) said Wednesday it has entered an agreement to provide fuel cells and maintenance services to South Korea's independent power producer CGN-Yulchon Generation.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

FuelCell said it will deliver eight of its advanced carbonate fuel cell modules and provide operations and maintenance services for four existing fuel cell units at Yulchon's Gwangyang facility.

The seven-year agreement includes an option for extension, the company added.

Shares of FuelCell fell 2.5% in recent trading.
