The new directors are Darrell Brown, founding member and chair of the Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce in Manitoba; Andre Mech, an expert in emissions reduction and carbon credits; and Luna Clifford, co-founder and chief impact officer of FuelPositive ( NHHHF ). Ian Clifford will continue as board chair.

FuelPositive ( NHHHF ) is actively seeking a fifth board member with deep expertise in sustainable agriculture, ethical manufacturing and global food security.

FuelPositive's ( NHHHF ) share price dropped 14% to $0.03, hitting a 52-week low, on Thursday.
