02:10 PM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FuelPositive ( NHHHF ) on Monday entered into a strategic partnership with Stantec ( STN ) for technical advisory services for its first demonstration system, the FP300, located in Sperling, Manitoba.
The company said the two teams are now focused on completing the final approvals before FP300, its first decentralized, farmer-owned green ammonia system can be powered on.
"Over the past year, we've brought the system significantly closer to that goal, advancing its design, integration, and regulatory readiness," said FuelPositive ( NHHHF ) Chief Executive Ian Clifford. "Stantec's ( STN ) involvement is helping FuelPositive ( NHHHF ) finalize the essential technical and regulatory elements, as our broader vision continues to take shape."
FuelPositive ( NHHHF ) is also working closely with Wescan, Intertek, and other stakeholders to complete the remaining regulatory steps. The company said it is prioritizing non-dilutive funding options as part of its overall financing strategy.
The company's shares were last seen up $0.005 to $0.045 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
