Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.30 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $71.0 million, compared with $67.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $69.1 million.

For full-year 2024, the company said it now expects an adjusted loss per share of $1.05 to $0.30. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect a loss of $0.92 per share.

Shares of Fulgent Genetics ( FLGT ) were up more than 3% during recent trading.
