Full Circle Lithium Down After Upsizing Non-Brokered Private Placement to $4.5 Million

12:34 PM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Full Circle Lithium ( FCLIF ) was last seen down 4.4% after the company on Thursday upsized a non-brokered private placement to up to $4.5 million, from $3 million, previously.

The offering will consist of up to 22.5-million units at $0.20 apiece. Each unit consists of a share and one-half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.30, subject to acceleration.

Full Circle expects to use proceeds of the offering for product development, intellectual property protection, training center development and working capital needs. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about August 27.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.01 to $0.215 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Price: 0.22, Change: -0.01, Percent Change: -4.44
