Full Truck Alliance Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Issues Q1 Revenue Guidance

06:47 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Full Truck Alliance ( YMM ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of 1.01 Chinese renminbi ($0.15) per diluted American depositary share, up from 0.99 renminbi a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected 0.95 renminbi.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was 3.19 billion renminbi, compared with 3.17 billion renminbi a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected 3.13 billion renminbi.

For Q1, the company said it expects revenue of 2.70 billion renminbi to 2.80 billion renminbi.

Shares of the company were 0.4% lower in Thursday premarket activity.
