05:48 PM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fulton Financial ( FULT ) said Tuesday it appointed Richard Kraemer as chief financial officer of the company.

Kraemer will join Fulton on Sept. 3 and will succeed interim CFO Betsy Chivinski in the fourth quarter, according to the company.

Chivinski is retiring at the end of the year, Fulton added.

Kraemer most recently served as chief banking officer for another bank, the company said.
