08:57 AM EST, 02/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fulton Financial ( FULT ) and Blue Foundry Bancorp ( BLFY ) said Monday they received all required regulatory approvals for their previously announced all-stock merger.

The companies said approvals were granted by the Federal Reserve Board and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, while Blue Foundry shareholders approved the transaction on Jan. 29.

The deal, announced in November, was valued at roughly $243 million, or $11.67 per share at the time.

Closing, expected around April 1, remains subject to customary conditions, the companies said.
