Fury Gold Mines and Quebec Precious Metals Provide Update On Merger Process

05:15 PM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fury Gold Mines ( FURY ) and Quebec Precious Metals ( CJCFF ) after trade on Wednesday said Fury's acquisition of Quebec Precious Metals ( CJCFF ) is "moving forward on schedule" and is expected to close prior to April 30.

A statement noted Quebec Precious Metals ( CJCFF ) has secured the required no-objection letter from Corporations Canada as well as an interim order from the Quebec Superior Court in connection with convening its shareholders meeting scheduled for April 22.

Fury has secured the conditional approval of the Toronto and New York exchange. It closed unchanged at $0.57 on the Toronto Stock Exchange, while Quebec Precious Metals ( CJCFF ) was unchanged at $0.04 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
