09:19 AM EST, 02/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fusion Fuel Green ( HTOO ) said Wednesday it has agreed to acquire a 75% to 100% controlling stake in Royal Uranium through a share exchange, gaining exposure to a portfolio of 16 uranium and three natural gas royalties across the Americas.

Under the agreement, Fusion Fuel said it will issue up to 3.75 million shares to Royal Uranium shareholders.

The deal, expected to close in H1, is subject to approvals by the Irish Takeover Panel and Fusion Fuel shareholders, the company said.

Financial terms beyond the share consideration were not disclosed.
