05:29 AM EDT, 06/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Futu Holdings ( FUTU ) said Thursday it has completed an investment of 440 million Hong Kong dollars ($56.4 million) in Gravitation Fintech HK, the parent company of the licensed virtual bank, Airstar Bank.

Following the investment, Futu ( FUTU ) now owns a 44.1% stake in Airstar Bank, according to the statement.
