Future Pak increases buyout offer for Vanda Pharmaceuticals

May 7 (Reuters) - Privately held contract manufacture

Future Pak said on Tuesday it will include contingent value

rights as part of its buyout offer of Vanda Pharmaceuticals ( VNDA )

, in addition to its proposed cash offer price of $7.25

to $7.75 per share for the drugmaker.
