Future Vision II Acquisition Prices $50 Million IPO

05:48 PM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Future Vision II Acquisition (FVNNU) said late Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 5 million units at $10 apiece.

The company said it expects its units to start trading on Nasdaq on Thursday and close the offering on Friday.

Future Vision said it has given the underwriter a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 750,000 units.

Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth of an ordinary share upon the completion of an initial business combination. The ordinary shares and rights are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the tickers "FVN" and "FVNNR", respectively, the company said.
