05:23 AM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Future Vision II Acquisition ( FVNNU ) said late Wednesday it has priced an initial public offering of 5 million units at $10 per unit.

The blank-check company said each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth of an ordinary share upon a business combination.

The units begin trading this Thursday on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol, "FVNNU." Once the securities begin trading separately, the ordinary shares and rights are expected to be listed under the symbols, "FVN" and "FVNNR," respectively.

The IPO is set to close Friday.
