05:17 PM EDT, 06/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FutureCorp Space Acquisition (FTRA) said late Thursday it has priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 per unit.
The units are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and begin trading on Friday, under the symbol "FTRAU", the company said.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to buy one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share, subject to certain adjustments, the company added.
Once the securities comprising the units begin trading separately, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on NYSE under the symbols "FTRA" and "FTRAW," respectively.
The offering is expected to close on Monday, subject to customary closing conditions.
The company said it has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 3 million units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
