G2S2 Capital Increases Investment in Morguard

09:56 AM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- G2S2 Capital, a privately held investment holding company, on Tuesday said it marginally increased its stake in Morguard ( MRCBF ) .

The company acquired 400 shares at $111.75 apiece, about 0.01% of the outstanding shares. G2S2, together with its joint actors, now owns and controls about 1.3 million shares, or 12.02% of Morguard ( MRCBF ).

The aggregate number of shares of Morguard ( MRCBF ), beneficially owned and controlled by G2S2 represent a 2% increase since G2S2 was last required to file an early warning report on Nov. 15, 2023.
