05:58 PM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Galata Acquisition Corp. II (LATA) priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 each to raise $150 million.
The units will debut on Nasdaq on Friday under the ticker LATAU, the blank-check company said late Thursday in a statement.
Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant. The Class A shares and warrants are expected to trade separately on Nasdaq under the symbols LATA and LATAW, respectively.
Underwriters were granted a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 2.25 million units, the company said.
The IPO is expected to close Monday.
