Galaxy Digital Prices 31.6 Million Shares Public, Secondary Offering

03:41 AM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Galaxy Digital ( GLXY ) said late Thursday it has priced an offering of 31.6 million shares at $19 per share.

The offering consists of 26.4 million shares offered by Galaxy and 5.2 million shares offered by certain stockholders, the company said.

The offering, expected to close June 3, increased from a previously announced 29 million shares, the company said.

Underwriters have also been given a 30-day option to purchase up to about 4.7 million additional secondary shares, the company said.

Galaxy said it plans to use net proceeds from its sold shares to finance the expansion of its artificial intelligence and computing infrastructure at its data center campus in Texas and for general corporate purposes.
