05:56 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Galaxy Digital ( GLXY ) disclosed a public offering of 29 million shares of its Class A common stock late Tuesday.

The offering includes about 24.1 million shares offered by Galaxy and 4.85 million shares offered by certain stockholders.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4.35 million shares from selling stockholders.

Shares of Galaxy Digital ( GLXY ) dropped 8% in after-hours activity.
