04:06 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GameSquare ( GAME ) said late Wednesday it is planning to launch a public offering of its common stock, or common stock equivalents.

The company said there is no guarantee that the offering will be completed, adding that it will be made under a shelf registration filed in March and approved last month.

Shares of the company fell 13% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
