01:02 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GameStop ( GME ) shareholders voted down a proposal asking the company to provide demographic and other information of the skills its director nominees bring to the retailer's board.

The shareholder proposal had been championed by the City of New York employee and teacher pension funds. A vote tally was not immediately provided.
