Gamut Capital Management to Acquire Acousti Engineering Company

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Gamut Capital Management, L.P. ("Gamut"), a New York-based middle market private equity firm, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Acousti Engineering Company ("Acousti" or the "Company"), a specialty interiors contractor providing ceiling, drywall, and flooring solutions for institutional and commercial markets across the Southeastern United States, from Ardian.

Acousti is one of the largest and most sophisticated interior finishes contractors, with operations spanning more than 15 metropolitan areas. Founded in 1946, the Company has built a strong reputation for delivering interior systems for high-profile institutional and commercial projects across the region. Acousti serves a diverse set of end markets, including education, healthcare, amusement and recreation, transportation, and municipalities, supported by long-standing relationships with leading general contractors and end users. Through its Advanced Facilities Division, Acousti provides highly specialized solutions for data center and advanced manufacturing applications, leveraging deep technical expertise and partnerships with leading customers and suppliers at the forefront of rapidly evolving end markets.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.

Lincoln International LLC served as exclusive financial advisor and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP served as legal counsel to Acousti. Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP served as legal counsel to Gamut.
