06:55 AM EDT, 09/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Garden Stage ( GSIW ) subsidiary I Win Securities said Friday it is in advanced talks with China International Capital Corporation and JPMorgan ( JPM ) for a distribution agreement.

The proposed distribution framework would allow I Win to distribute the two investment banks' derivative products to professional investors, as defined by the Securities and Futures Commission, I Win said.

Additionally, I Win Securities and its asset management counterpart said they signed a partnership with ZZC International for a promotional campaign. ZZC will help I Win connect with new working partners through activities such as forums and workshops, the companies said.

Financial details of both the proposed distribution deal and the ZZC collaboration were not disclosed.
