11:22 AM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Garrett Motion ( GTX ) said Wednesday it established a new zero-emission research and development facility in Wuhan, China.

The center is based at the company's Wuhan manufacturing facility and will be used to research zero-emission technologies with a focus on high-speed e-powertrain systems, fuel cell compressors and electric vehicle cooling products. The facility will be equipped with R&D labs, a studio for prototype development and offices that have advanced testing capabilities, the company said.
