Garrett Motion Units to Offer $500 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Due 2032

08:53 AM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Garrett Motion ( GTX ) said Monday its Garrett Motion ( GTX ) and Garrett LX units are planning to launch a private offering of $500 million total principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2032.

The company intends to utilize the proceeds, plus its cash on hand, to repay term loan indebtedness of roughly $500 million, Garrett added.
