10:48 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gartner ( IT ) said Friday its board has authorized incremental share repurchases of up to an additional $1.0 billion of its stock.

The authorization adds to its existing buyback program of up to $6 billion, which had roughly $450 million remaining at the end of August, the company said.

Gartner ( IT ) shares were up over 1% in recent trading.
