09:19 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gatekeeper Systems ( GKPRF ) on Wednesday said it closed its previously announced brokered private placement for proceeds of $11.5 million.

The offering consisted of the issuance of 9.6 million common shares, including 1.3 sold pursuant to the underwriters' option, at $1.20 apiece.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $1.35 on Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
