04:42 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gatekeeper Systems ( GKPRF ) on Monday said it is raising $10 million in a bought-deal private placement of shares.

The company, which offers video and data solutions for public transit, said it is selling an underwriting syndicate 8.34-million shares priced at $1.20 each. It also granted the syndicate a 15% over-allotment option.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Gatekeeper shares closed down $0.09 to $1.32 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
