11:06 AM EDT, 10/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Gates Industrial ( GTES ) on Thursday priced a secondary offering of 11.6 million shares by certain selling stockholders affiliated with Blackstone (BX) at $19.40 apiece.

The company expects to close the offering on Nov. 5, conditional on customary closing requirements.

Gates Industrial ( GTES ) said it is not offering any shares and will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
