Gaxos.ai Closes $4 Million Direct Offering

04:33 AM EST, 12/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Gaxos.ai ( GXAI ) said late Monday it closed a registered direct offering of about 1.3 million shares at $3 per share.

The company also issued unregistered warrants to purchase up to about 1.3 million shares with an exercise price of $3 per share.

The company said gross proceeds from the offering were about $4 million, and that it intends to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
