GCL Global Says Unit Completes Offer for Ban Leong Technologies
Jul 2, 2025 6:11 AM

08:46 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GCL Global ( GCL ) said Wednesday its indirect unit, Epicsoft Asia, has completed the voluntary unconditional cash offer related to its acquisition of Ban Leong Technologies shares.

Epicsoft has received valid acceptances of around 104.1 million shares, or 96.59% of Ban Leong's issued shares, GCL said.

The Singapore Stock Exchange will suspend trading in Ban Leong because the public's holdings of issued shares have dropped below 10%, GCL said.

Epicsoft plans to exercise its right of compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in the company and delist Ban Leong from the exchange, GCL added.
