08:28 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GCL Global ( GCL ) said Monday that its Epicsoft Asia unit has completed its acquisition of technology product distributor Ban Leong Technologies.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said Ban Leong, which operates service centers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, will be delisted from the Singapore Stock Exchange Tuesday.

Shares of GCL were down 1.9% in recent premarket activity.
