10:40 AM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GCM Grosvenor ( GCMG ) said Tuesday its GCM Grosvenor Co-Investment Opportunities Fund III has reached its final close with roughly $615 million in commitments.

GCF III drew a diverse range of investors, including public, corporate, and Taft-Hartley pension plans, financial institutions, and family offices based in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, the company said.

The fund will focus on co-investment opportunities in private equity deals, it said.
