GDS Holdings Completes China REIT IPO on Shanghai Stock Exchange

07:31 AM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GDS Holdings ( GDS ) said Wednesday that the initial public offering of its China REIT on the Shanghai Stock Exchange was completed.

The retail offering was closed ahead of schedule due to high levels of subscriptions, GDS said.

China REIT is expected to start trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in early August under the code '508060', the company added.
