GE Aerospace Secures Emirates Order for 130 Additional GE9X Engines

07:07 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GE Aerospace (GE) said Monday that Emirates has agreed to buy 130 additional GE9X engines for 65 Boeing 777-9 aircraft.

The new deal expands Emirates' previous order and now includes more than 540 engines on order, the company said.

GE Aerospace said the deal includes spare engines and a long-term services contract.

The company also announced a $50 million investment in a new on-wing support facility.
