Gemini Space Station Closes Initial Public Offering

05:11 PM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gemini Space Station ( GEMI ) said late Monday it has completed its initial public offering of about 15.9 million Class A shares at $28 each, including the full exercise of an over-allotment option.

The shares began trading Sept. 12 on Nasdaq.
