01:34 PM EDT, 06/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gemini Space Station said Friday that it confidentially registered for an initial public offering with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering size and per-share price are yet to be determined, the cryptocurrency exchange operator said.

The proposed IPO is slated to take place following the completion of an SEC review, subject to market conditions, Gemini said.
