02:37 PM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gemini Space Station (GEMI) shares were rising in their Nasdaq debut Friday after the company priced its initial public offering of about 15.2 million Class A shares at $28.00 per share.

The stock was up over 21% at $34.12 in recent trading after opening at $37.01.

Gemini and the selling stockholders plan to grant its underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 300,565 and 458,364 shares, respectively, to cover over-allotments, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on Sept. 15, the global crypto platform company said.
