05:19 PM EDT, 03/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gen Digital ( GEN ) said late Tuesday that it has acquired Trellis, a platform that automates insurance shopping, to enhance personalized insurance offerings on its Engine financial wellness marketplace.

The acquisition integrates Trellis' AI and machine learning capabilities into Engine, enabling Gen to provide real-time, personalized insurance recommendations to consumers, the company said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the transaction is immaterial to Gen's financials.
